In 2017 Kat founded Planning Redefined to provide engaging and honest training for today’s modern wedding planner.

Teaming up with fellow award-winning wedding planner Louise Perry, Kat and Louise are passionate about sharing their honest experiences, valuable insights and knowledge to inspire and educate both aspiring and existing planners alike. They do this through one-to-one mentoring, practical hands-on workshops and tailored training programmes.
